To meet market demand, based on the single-station model MR-HEDM, we have launched a new generation of double-station EDM machine, MR-2HEDM:
1. Tapered hole machining (smaller outside, larger inside) meets the requirements of high-end fuel injector spray holes;
2. The perfect combination of high-frequency vibration and micro-EDM composite processing technology enhances the quality and efficiency of micro-hole EDM machining;
3. The unique electrode wire feed and retract mechanism achieves automatic compensation for electrode wire loss and automatic dressing, ensuring high precision and consistency of machined holes;
4. Double-station setup with two separate EDM units allows simultaneous machining of two different products, occupying minimal space while providing high working efficiency.
